January CGC meeting minutes

Thanks to all who came to the meeting.

The nominations for CGC club president are Dave Sexton and Colin Whelan. Nominations will stay open if anyone else is interested and we will vote at the February 19 meeting at Prinnie Mack at 7:00pm. I think anyone who wants to be considered should be present.

Daylight savings time begins March 9 and 5:30 group rides will commence the Tuesday after. We will go back to 6:00pm in mid April or early May.

We are planning a Spring Picnic to be held in April or May with a group ride followed by food. Steve and Debbie Kinnman have offered their place and I would like to start from there.

We decided to dump active.com for membership registration. BK will supply the forms at the next meeting. Dues are now $20 for individual and $25 for family and are for the calandar year. The website is currently being updated to reflect these changes.

The club expressed an interest in doing Relay for Life again this year, and I will be contacting the local chapter to get things rolling and will have more detail at the next meeting.
